Statement of Faith
Scripture We hold all 66 books of the Bible as the only inspired word of God; acceptable and sacred Holy Scripture.
2 Tim. 3:16; Gal 1:8 --- Divinity
We believe that the God of Christianity (Father Son and Holy Spirit) is the creator of all things, is all-powerful, all-knowing, and sovereign to do as He wills.
Acts 14:15; Jer. 32:17; Eph. 3:20; Psa.139:1-4; 1 Sam.2:6-9; Psa. 24:1 --- We believe that God is one, but reveals Himself through the roles of three persons: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. Therefore, we believe that each person of this structure is equally God.
1 Cor. 6:44; 1 Cor. 8:6; Rom. 1:7; Isa. 9:6; Jn. 1:1; Acts 5:3; Heb 9:14; Jn. 4:24 --- Virgin Birth
We believe that Jesus was literally conceived and born as flesh and blood of a virgin named Mary.
Isaiah 7:14; Luke 1:26-33 --- Sin
We confess that all of humanity has fallen short of God’s glory and is in need of salvation; hence the reason Jesus came to the earth.
Rom. 3:23; Rom. 6:23; Rom. 5:8; Jn. 14:6; 1Co 6:9-11 ---
Salvation
We proclaim that Jesus lived a sinless life; thereby, being qualified to forgive our sins with His blood.
1 Pet. 2:22; 1 Jn. 3:5 --- We declare that salvation is in none other than through the name, person, work, life, death, resurrection, and grace of Jesus Christ alone. Further we believe that Jesus Christ was literally (bodily) resurrected from the dead and alive forever more, ruling with the Father.
Jn. 14:6; Jn. 3:16; Jn. 10:17-18; Rom. 1:4; Rom.5:8 --- Eternity
We believe that those who die refusing God’s salvation spend eternity separated from the Father.
Psa. 9:17; Psa.73:12-19; Dan. 12:3; Matt. 25:46; Luke 16:23.26; Jn. 12:48; 2 Thes. 1:8-9 --- We confirm that those who belong to Christ will inherit eternal life.
Dan. 12:2-3; Matt. 25:46; John 3:16, 17:3; 2 Cor. 4:17; 2 Tim. 2:10 --- Resurrection
We earnestly await Christ’s return to gather (we) His people, both the living and the dead.
Matt. 24:30-36; John 14:1-3; 1 Cor. 15:21-23; 1 Thes 4:16-17 --- Rites and Ordinances of Our Faith
We regard worship as the very foundation upon which every rite of the Christian faith stands.
Exo. 20:3; Matt. 22:38; John 4:23; Rev. 4 --- We baptize with water as a testimony of faith and obedience to Jesus Christ.
Mat. 28:19; Acts 2:38-41 --- We observe communion (the bread and the cup) as a means to remember our Lord. Luke 22:19; 1 Cor. 11:24 --- Leadership
We testify that Christ holds the supreme authority, above all people, governments, nations and laws.
Phil. 2:9; Col. 1:18, 2:10; Eph. 1:22; Heb 1:4 --- We joyfully observe Christ as the Head of the church. He alone should govern it.
Eph.1:22, 5:23; Col. 1:18, 2:10 --- We believe all ministers of Christ should lead by His example of a servant -never as dictators.
Jn. 13:3-16; Ph.2:3-8 ---

Your Body...
Or do you not know that your body
is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you,
whom you have from God,
and that you are not your own?
For you have been bought for a price:
therefore glorify God in your body.
